You don’t need to travel far – get coaching support by Skype

shutterstock_4884196Over the summer whilst people are on holiday and the job market is quiet, take some time out with me to find yourself and what you really want from life.

You can read more of my own life influences in my early articles and see how for many years I have been on my own personal journey of discovery, attending workshops and retreats, most recently with Benedictine monks; practising as a coach and counsellor, working in the career, outplacement  and change management world in London and exploring ancient wisdoms and how they resonate with the modern world.

One constant has run through, in which ever discipline,  and that it is necessary, in the process of finding out or remembering who you are, to be still and reflect. To find yourself you need to understand the process of becoming centred and then build this into your daily life.

Hearing about other peoples stories and relationships helps to bring  different dimension to our own situation, we can also offer and receive more encouragement as well as increasing ideas and networking opportunities. So as well as individual sessions I am running group coaching and support by Skype.

In the groups, which I am running as a free trial until September, there will be a chance to talk about yourself and what you want to change as well as listen to and support others with their problems. You will realise then that other people share your dilemmas.

So, if you are feeling,

Lost

Without Direction

Undecided about your future

Contemplating a return to work

Looking for support whilst you make changes

email me to find out days and times the groups will be running at allie@life-changing.co.uk

You can also contact me at this email if you want individual sessions
