If you find yourself stuck with a situation which goes round and round in your mind, stopping you from expressing your own true nature or impinging on your life or relationships, it can be worthwhile making some time for counselling to put your heartache into a new perspective.

Good friends and family can  be useful and also be part of the problem as they may not be able to help you move forward. Their ideas and strategies may not work for you as you will have ideas of your own.

Counselling will provide you with a setting where you can explore your alternatives in a confidential setting.

As a qualifed counsellor with over twenty years experience both in practice and as a trainer,I act as a guide for you in the process of your feelings in the acceptance of yourlife events and help you find the plan for the changes you might want to make.

Long standing issues and behaviour patterns can affect your future well being and life events such as bereavements, can stop you living in the present and returning to a place of balance.

If you want to find out whether this will be of help to you, come to my practice for an initial one and a half hour consultation for £45.00. Further sessions are of one hour.
