The Path to Becoming You

Most of us talk at some time or other about, losing ourself, finding ourself, not feeling ourself or changing ourself. Putting energy in to being someone other than who we are is exhausting and demotivating. Women particularly are constantly switching roles and hats and staying centred proves tricky.

We spend time looking to the past, worrying about the future and coping with all the stimulation and information of the modern world which constantly instructs us on how or who, to be, with the underlying inference that if we don’t do ‘it’ right then somehow we are lacking.

So who are we really, why are we here, what is our purpose, what should we be doing, who should we be with?

Confusing isn’t it!

But there is a path.

These introductory workshops will help you to:

  • Understand the influence of your three component selves using psychology and ancient Huna wisdom.

  • Start to say goodbye to guilt and anxiety and stay calm under pressure.

  • Find what you need to let go of and how you would like to be instead.

  • Connect with your higher self and begin the relationship which will help centre and guide you through life, improve your relationships, health, happiness and prosperity.

  • Receive a gift from your higher self.

  • Be yourself now.

The workshop will use discussion, practical exercises and guided visualisation.
